Canada has issued more ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for permanent residence in their February 2020 draw. The latest draw, which was held on February 19, 2020, the draw issued the most ITAs in the history of the Express Entry Application Management System. A grand total of 4,500 ITAs went to immigration candidates that are in the Express Entry pool. The current draw had 600 more invitations than the previous record of 3,923, which was sent on April 12, 2017.
