British Columbia PNP Invites 76 Immigration Candidates In Latest Tech Draw

 Canada is welcoming more and more people. Candidates have been invited through the Express Entry British Columbia and Skills Immigration stream in the latest draws. According to official data, British Columbia sent out 76 invitations to immigrations candidates so they could apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence on November 17 this year. The data that was shared by CIC News said that the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) issued invitations through the Express Entry BC (EEBC) and Skills Immigration streams. The candidates that are in this draw were invited under the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, and Entry-Level and Semi-Skilled subcategories through the Tech Pilot program of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program. Express Entry: Canada Sends Out 3,300 Invitations TO CEC Candidates

  On August 20, 2020, Canada held an Express Entry round of invitations, where 3,330 invitations were sent out to CEC candidates.   The latest Express Entry draw was the second one in 2 days and the 161st overall. It was carried out by the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. Invitations were issued to a total of 3,300 Canadian Experience Class (CEC). A CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 454 was enough to secure an ITA (Invitation to Apply). On July 23, 2020, the cut-off score was 445. The increase in points was seen because there were many more candidates that had joined the pool over the past month. In a new set of special instructions that were released by Canada, it stated that temporary visa applications should be submitted online from July 1 and September 30, 2020. With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the country of Canada will only accept temporary resident visas that are submitted online. This policy will be in effect for candidates that are applying for study permits, work permits, and temporary resident visas (TRV) while outside of Canada from July 1 and September 30. However, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (IRCC) will be providing special accommodations for individuals that are unable to complete their application process online due to disability. However, there is an exception. The TFWP is the smaller of the 2 programs that allows foreign workers to come to Canada.
