Canada And The USA Agree To Close Down Border Amidst Coronavirus Outbreak

In the latest attempt of Canada to limit the spread of the coronavirus outbreak, the country and the United States of America have mutually agreed to close down the border.
Donald Trump, the President of the United States, confirmed the news through a tweet.
The move represents the response of the 2 countries, as the world is trying to do it's best to stay away from the virus.
Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, announced that tourists and shoppers will be barred to move between the borders.
On March 18, 10:40 am, the Prime Minister announced the news.
Canadians are going to be allowed to return home and trades within the 2 countries are going to continue.
Truckers are going to be allowed to cross the border in an effort to keep the flow of the food, fuel, and medicines available to both countries.
Residents of Canada that have symptoms of the virus are not allowed to board a plane, but crossing the border by land can be an option.
On March 16, 2020, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a travel ban on almost all foreigners, but he stated that citizens of the USA, which is there the neighbouring country, were exempted from the travel ban.
Closing the borders with the United States shows that Canada is currently doing its best to contain the coronavirus in their country.
