British Columbia Invites 358 Foreign Workers and International Students in October 26 PNP Draw

The latest PNP draw by British Columbia invited foreign workers and international students.

According to a report by CICNews, British Columbia invited around 358 immigration candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program drawing.

The draw was carried out on October 26, 2021.

Candidates from the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) received invitations.

The invitations were reportedly issued to those that were from the Skilled Worker, International Graduate.

The Entry Level and Semi-Skilled sub-categories of SI and EEBC streams were also included in this draw.

The minimum scores for the October 26 draw ranged around 68 and 91.

A total of 306 candidates were invited.

Since February of this year, British Columbia has been carrying out a separate round of invitations twice in 1 month as part of their PNP program.

These draws are being carried out due to the high number of candidates from the labor market sectors who registered with the province’s Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

The separate draw was recently carried out under the SI and EEBC categories and targeted candidates whose occupation falls under NOC 0621 (retail and wholesale trade managers) or NOC 0631 (restaurant and foodservice managers).

In the separate draw, around 52 invitations were sent out. The minimum score for that draw was 104.

British Columbia now has sent out around 10,000 invitations through various BC PNP streams this year.
