Prince Edward Island Holds Second Biggest PNP Draw Of 2021

 The Prince Edward Islands recently held the second biggest PNP draw of the year 2021.

The latest PNP draw has brought the number of invitations issued in the year 2021 by PEI (Prince Edward Island) to around 1541.

According to a report by CICNews, Prince Edward Island held its scheduled immigration draw on October 21, 2021.

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) invited around 204 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination.

Most of the invitations, 195 of them, went to the Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates.

The other invitations, 9 of them, went to Business Impact candidates who had at least 72 points in the province’s immigration system.

This is the tenth Provincial Nominee Program draw of the year that has been held by Prince Edward Island, which is also known as the maritime province.


The total number of invitations that have been issued so far this year by the province is 1541.

PNP allows Canada’s provinces and territories to select immigration candidates that meet their labor market needs.

The next PNP draw for PEI is expected for November 18, 2021.
